Meet the Founder

Something Healthy is the brainchild of Jarrett Terry, a certified professional with a wealth of experience in the health and fitness industry. Terry holds the following qualifications

  • AAS in Culinary Arts (Fairmont State University)
  • BA in Business/Communication (West Virginia University)
  • National Academy of Sports Medicine Certifications:
    • Personal Training
    • Fitness Nutrition Specialist
    • Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist
  • CPR Certified

His diverse background allows him to not only guide individuals towards their fitness goals but also craft delicious and nutritious meals through Something Healthy.

Giving the the something healthy suggested diet plan a try was one of the best decisions I ever made! It included sticking with leaner cuts of protein such as chicken, turkey, and fish. More fruit and veggie intake. A solid whole grain source and less processed and fried foods. No sweets or junk foods. Following the something healthy diet suggestions and a solid workout plan I went from 215lbs to 169lbs, and have been able to maintain it.
